- Up-to-date information, advice and guidance, as well as assistance with disability-related matters.
- Assistance from sign language interpreters and lip speakers (for the deaf and hard of hearing).
- Access to educational and rehabilitation equipment (voice recorders, FM systems, text and image magnifiers, etc.).
- Option to photocopy notes and teaching materials—up to A3 size (for people with low vision and those who have difficulty writing).
